I’m Duncan, a sole practice family lawyer based in Tauranga, dedicated to delivering personalised, high-quality legal services. I am able to provide Legal Aid, so please do not let finances hold you back if you‘re circumstances require this support.
My journey has been anything but ordinary, blending global experiences with a deep commitment to professional excellence.
In 2010, I worked in Chile as a teacher aid, sparking my love for diverse cultures and perspectives. This passion led me to Otago University, where I pursued my studies in law, including a second degree in Spanish. I further enriched my education by studying in Spain and the Czech Republic, broadening both my linguistic and cultural horizons.
After completing my law degree in 2015 (LLB/BA (Spanish)), in 2016 I was privileged to work as an intern at the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials (UNAKRT) in Cambodia, gaining invaluable insights into international law and justice.
Today, I bring these unique experiences into my practice as a family lawyer, combining critical and practical thinking with advanced technology to provide efficient and secure solutions for my clients.
